Sanger 150-day grain-fed Black Angus Beef is a quality-assured Australian grain-fed beef, originating from the superior Black Angus cattle. Sanger Black Angus cattle are sourced from a number of selected producers within the Darling Downs and New England regions of eastern Australia. They are finished on a specialised grain formula for a minimum of 150 days to ensure a premium, consistent product.

Sanger Grass-fed Black Angus steers are raised on the fertile plains of northern New South Wales, some of Australia’s most productive agricultural farmland.
Only the very best mature, pasture-fed Angus cattle are selected. These cattle comply with the stringent Black Angus breed specifications set in place to ensure the breed’s integrity and guarantee superlative quality beef. These cattle are fattened on natural grasses until two years of age. This enhances marbling and tenderness, assuring the highest eating quality.

Sanger MSA Grass-fed Beef is sourced from pasture-fed cattle raised in some of Australia’s most pristine natural environments. The combination of nutrient-rich pastures and a temperate climate has produced generations of first-class cattle.
This is young beef, graded in the upper tiers of the MSA grading system, guaranteeing beef that is tender, succulent and rich in flavour. The constant commitment to product quality and integrity is the secret to consistent excellent quality.


Lamb
Australian lamb is free-range and naturally raised in lush pastures that are reputed to be the finest lamb-producing region in the world – a pure product of a pure environment. Lambs graze on natural Australian grasslands all their lives. If a regional drought occurs, local feeding may be supplemented temporarily. Customers will appreciate this tender, delicious, naturally raised Australian lamb.

Sanger Australia prides itself on offering the highest and most consistent quality premium Lamb on the world market. This premium range-fed Lamb is sourced from the lush pastures of south-eastern New South Wales, regarded as the finest natural lamb-producing region in the world. Raised on a diet of natural clover and rye pastures, with supplementary feeding if required, carcase weights of 22 to 26 kg are targeted to ensure consistency in quality and cuts. Sanger Lamb is outstanding in quality, with exceptional tenderness and flavour.

Sanger is committed to offering the highest quality pasture-fed veal. Calves are sourced from the lush valleys in the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales – an area renowned as the heart of Australia’s veal production.
In Australia, veal can include weights up to 150 kg. Sanger Premium Veal is cut from carcases from 80 to 110 kg in weight to ensure supple texture, tenderness, paleness in colour and natural flavours. This results in a light, creamy colour veal, with a firm, fine and velvety texture, to melt in your mouth.


Pork
Sanger Australia offers a wide range of raw pork products from a selection of Australia’s finest export-licenced suppliers. These suppliers operate under the Australian Pork Industry Quality Program (APIQ®) to guarantee a consistent product every time.
Australian pork producers are committed to providing a consistently high quality and safe product. To ensure this, on-farm quality assurance programs such as the APIQ® Program are being implemented. These include food safety and bio security standards.
