Monbeef

The Monbeef processing plant is located in the 'high country' region of New South Wales. This strategic location allows Monbeef to draw cattle from some of the best temperate climate areas of New South Wales and northern Victoria, where they thrive on natural grazing lands with clean water and fresh air.

The high efficiency of Monbeef's ultra-modern plant and unique production procedures has been achieved by adopting best practice mechanisation and process management. As a result of Monbeef's relatively small capacity (320 head per day), the company is able to take orders for specialised cuts, with special packaging to meet each customer's individual needs.
