Monbeef is located in Cooma, New South Wales at the foothills of Australian's Snowy Mountains. The location is adjacent to the significant dairy catchment areas of the NSW South Coast and northern Victoria which provide the core supply of cattle. The stock from this region thrive on the natural grazing lands, fresh air and clean water.
As Monbeef works on a relatively small scale, 225 cattle a day, they are flexible and can take orders for special cuts, packaging or further processing as well as packing different sized cartons to suit individual customer needs.
