In 2005 Sanger Australia opened a domestic trading desk. Originally trading under the title GH Elliott, similar to our export department, our domestic team has a close alliance with several beef processors including Bindaree Beef, Monbeef and RH Collinson. Now, trading as Sanger Wholesale, our domestic team works on the same desk as the export, allowing everyone to have a better finger on the pulse in regards to all market movements and influences. Domestically, we market our products into all areas of the food industry, including retail, food service and further processing. We work extremely closely with our processors helping to develop new brands and products. This has enabled us to offer a wide range of products for our customers using the very latest in technology advancements in packaging, transport and storage. We have access to all grades of beef including Organic Beef, MSA Beef, Grain Fed Beef, Yearling Beef, Budget Beef, Manufacturing Beef, Veal and Lamb.
